Additional data for Pilots:

• Government-issued ID — treated as sensitive data, stored securely, accessed only for verification
• FAA Part 107 license
• Payout details (Zelle or bank information)

Mission data:

• Service location (ZIP code + full address) — precise location is sensitive and used solely for mission execution
• Service description, category, schedule, budget

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect and use the minimum data necessary to operate the Platform. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

• Account creation and verification
• Mission matching and coordination
• Payment processing and pilot payouts
• Security and fraud prevention
• Platform improvement (anonymized analytics only)

3. How We Share Your Information

Before payment: Pilots see only approximate location, service description, and budget — no personal Client details.

After payment confirmed: Full address and contact details are released to the assigned Pilot for mission execution only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us immediately.
