Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xythera LLC, the operator of the Drone For X platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which forms an integral part of this agreement.

2. Platform Description

Drone For X is an online marketplace connecting clients seeking drone services with licensed drone operators ("Pilots"). We do not directly provide drone services. All operations are performed by independent Pilots who are not employees or agents of Xythera LLC.

The Platform is available to users located within the United States of America.

3. Account Registration

Clients must register with accurate information including full name, email, and phone number. Pilots must additionally provide government-issued ID and FAA Part 107 certification. Pilot accounts require manual approval before activation.

You may request account deletion at any time. Deletion requests are subject to a 30-day processing period, during which you may cancel the request.

4. Mission Requests and Execution

Clients submit mission requests with location, description, and optional budget. Full mission details — including precise address — are released to the assigned Pilot only after payment is confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is not collected at submission. After a Pilot accepts, Xythera LLC communicates the final price based on Pilot input, mission scope, and platform pricing guidelines. Payment is processed via a secure link sent to your dashboard.

All refund matters are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Pilot Obligations

Pilots are solely responsible for complying with FAA Part 107 regulations, applicable airspace restrictions, and all local laws. Pilots must maintain appropriate insurance and execute missions professionally.

7. Liability

Pilots bear full responsibility for safe drone operations. Xythera LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Mission deliverables are deemed created for the Client upon payment. Pilots may not retain, distribute, or commercially exploit deliverables after delivery without written Client authorization.

9. Force Majeure

Xythera LLC shall not be liable for delays resulting from weather conditions, FAA restrictions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in New Jersey. Class action waiver applies.
