Pilot cancels

1. Pre-Acceptance Cancellations

If you cancel your mission request after payment but before any Pilot has accepted:

  • You are entitled to a full refund of the mission amount paid
  • A small processing fee may be retained to cover non-recoverable third-party payment processing costs
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

2. Post-Acceptance Cancellations

Once a Pilot has accepted your mission, a portion of the payment may be allocated to the Pilot and/or retained as a platform service fee. Accordingly:

  • No refunds will be issued after a Pilot accepts, except in cases of Pilot failure or verified service issues
  • This reflects the operational commitments already undertaken by the Pilot

⚠️ In cases of partial execution, refunds may be issued proportionally at the sole discretion of Xythera LLC.

3. Pilot-Initiated Cancellations

If a Pilot cancels or cannot execute an accepted mission:

  • A full refund (100%) will be issued to the Client
  • Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

✅ Drone For X guarantees a full refund when mission failure is caused by the assigned Pilot.

4. Disputes After Completion

If you are dissatisfied with completed work:

  • Submit a written dispute to support@droneforx.com within 5 business days of receiving your delivery link
  • All disputes are reviewed in accordance with this Refund Policy, and outcomes are determined based on documented mission scope and delivery
  • Possible outcomes: No Refund / Partial Refund / Full Refund / Mission Re-execution

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Cancellation after a Pilot has accepted the mission
  • Mission executed as described in the original brief
  • Dispute submitted more than 5 business days after delivery
  • Inaccurate location or access information provided by Client
  • Weather delays if rescheduling is reasonably possible

6. Anti-Fraud Protection

Xythera LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Platform. Accounts engaging in fraudulent activity may be suspended without prior notice.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@droneforx.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues directly and faster. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Xythera LLC reserves the right to provide all transaction records to contest the claim.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@droneforx.com with your name, registered email, mission ID, and a description of your request. We respond within 2 business days.
